What is your cancellation, return, and exchange policy?
All sales are final. I do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on sold furniture pieces. Please contact me for any questions or concerns. Refer to our return policy section for more details and information.
How will my furniture be shipped?
I use only the best private carriers to pick up and deliver furniture to your address. It is a white-glove service which means exceptional care and handling of furniture along with in-home delivery unless you prefer curbside. The driver will contact you to arrange for a delivery time and date so that you are home to receive your order and inspect it for any damages. Minor assembly is offered if needed like attaching a mirror to the dressing table. Due to liability for the carrier, it limits their ability to fulfill special requests. Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Please make sure you are on-site to receive your purchase. In the rare case freight shipping is the only option, I will insure that your order is protected with the proper materials for safe delivery.
When will I know the order has been shipped?
You will recieve tracking notification once your order has shipped. Because I use private carriers, online tracking is not available. You will receive the carriers contact number for status updates on the arrival of your order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your form of payment will be charged immediately after check out.
Is there a warranty for my furniture?
I am not able to offer a warranty for any orders but should damages occur during the original ownership, I am happy to answer any questions and provide assistance when I can such as the exact products needed for repair or connecting you with someone who can help with any repairs professionally. I care about each furniture piece I create so I will always do what I can to make sure it lasts for a lifetime and more.
Do I need to assemble the furniture?
Save yourself the time and frustration of putting together your furniture by purchasing high end pieces like what I offer here. You do not need to assemble your furniture. It is high end, quality furniture that cannot be disassembled like the mass produced furniture shipped in boxes. The only assembly needed will be out of necessity to ensure the furniture arrives in the perfect condition such as glass shelving removed and wrapped in protective materials or legs removed from jewelry armoires so they are not damaged in transit. Mirrors are always detached for safety reasons. Anything delicate will be packaged according to what is needed. Our carriers are happy to help you with light assembly should it be desired.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
I ship within the USA and Canada at this time. Shipping to Canada will require additional shipping and customs fees. If you would like shipping outside of the USA and Canada, it will require special arrangements and additional costs. Please contact me for details to see if it is possible.
What locations do you ship to?
I ship nationally to any of the states within the USA and select regions in Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all purchases. Additional charges may be required for shipping outside of the USA.

This is because I believe in reducing the waste produced by reusing materials that are high quality. This also means that there will be the general wear on the furniture that does not detract from its functionality. This includes minor cosmetic imperfections. How do I take care of my furniture?
All of my pieces have been sealed with safe and quality top coats so that they are cleanable with soap and water or other cleaning products. Do not use harsh chemicals or industrial-strength chemicals. If the furniture requires additional curing time before use, I will let you know so that it is handled with the care needed.
Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
I do accept custom orders and personalization. I would love to collaborate on a piece to make it unique for you. This will require a separate contract to ensure that the time frame and specifications are clearly stated to avoid misunderstanding. Contact me for any custom requests or changes you would like to make to a piece before purchasing. Additional charges for alterations may be required.
How will my furniture be packaged for shipping?
Each piece will be packaged according to the carriers specifications. Some require furniture to be strapped to pallets or blanket wrapped. I will do everything in my power to insure that it arrives in perfect condition without any damage.
Do you offer layaway options?
I am happy to come up with a payment plan with you so that you can get the furniture of your dreams within manageable terms. Message me for more details.
How soon will my furniture arrive?
Time frames vary for the processing times and shipping. I will do my best to arrange for timely delivery however delays that are not in my control do happen such as trucks breaking down and needing repair, weather conditions, and unexpected problems encountered by the carriers. I offer white glove shipping so that you receive the best services possible for the safe handling of your purchase. This may result in longer delivery times than larger furniture companies but I promise it’s worth the wait. I want to make sure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition so I take precautions needed to give you the best care I can for your treasured purchases.

I look for vintage, antique, or quality pieces that fit my artistic vision to give it a new life while helping the environment as 9 million tons of furniture goes to landfills every year. By reusing and refurbishing furniture, it’s preserving a bit of history and the craftsmanship that was prevalent before mass production of self assembly furniture is far superior to what you get in boxes at stores now that are made of cheap manufactured wood and particle board. Being environmentally friendly is something important to me and I strive to use environmentally friendly products as well to do my part in preserving the earth.

What kind of shipping do you offer?
I offer white glove and freight shipping services. The type of shipping depends upon the availability of private carriers, delivery times, delivery location, and schedules of the routes. I try my best to give you the best shipping experience possible so that it is as convenient for you as I can provide. I am not responsible for damages, delays, and other issues that may occur after an item has been shipped. The private carriers are their own companies separate from my furniture shop. I care about customer service so I will assist in any way I can but it is up to the customer to resolve shipping issues that occur. I only arrange for shipping.
