Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

All Sales are Final. You are agreeing to the purchase of the item as is advertised and shown. Store credit may be given at the discretion of the vendor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem so that there is a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved. We strive to give you the best customer service possible. As a small business, we are limited to the extent of returns, exchanges, and refunds possible. We do everything in our power to ensure everything arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products with the exception of furniture must be postmarked within 4 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You must first contact us to alert us of the damage, then return the item to the return address. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement if available or refund the full amount to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly reccomend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
