Furniture Shipping Process

We use only the best private carriers to pick up and deliver furniture to your address. It is a white-glove service, which means exceptional care and handling of furniture, along with in-home delivery, unless you prefer curbside. 

The date of your shipment can vary, depending on the availability of the carrier. Since I am a one-woman small business, and not a big box furniture store, it can take time to find a reliable and dependable carrier. I will stay in contact with you throughout the process, so you know when the shipment will occur and what to expect for your delivery. 

Once in transit, the driver will contact you to arrange for a delivery time and date so that you are home to receive your order and inspect it for any damages. Minor assembly is offered if needed, like attaching a mirror to the dressing table. Due to liability for the carrier, it limits their ability to fulfill special requests. Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Please make sure you are on-site to receive your purchase. In the rare case that freight shipping is the only option, I will ensure that your order is protected with the proper materials for safe delivery.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Because I use private carriers, online tracking is not available. You will receive the carrier's contact number for status updates on the arrival of your order.

Your order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your selection at checkout OR the size of the package required. Oh, and you should know, if you see UPS SurePost, UPS starts with the package then utilizes USPS for final delivery.

Occasionally, life throws a curve-ball and there are service interruptions far beyond our control. Perhaps a delivery truck broke down, or the weather has caused some unexpected delays. We sincerely apologize for any delay, no matter how minor; if we could do anything to prevent them, we would!

Order Processing

We are shipping ninjas! Once your order is entered, Wise Owl Paint™ works super hard to have your order packed to ship within three business days! Sometimes Holidays, Promotions, New Product Releases, or Winter Storms can cause unforeseen delays. We are super impatient and hate delays too! Please know that we are trying our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
